When booking a coaching session, please indicate if you prefer online or in-person (if you are local to Ithaca, NY). Initial Consultations are online only.

Online: I will send you a Google Meet link. Please provide your phone number for backup.

In-person: We can meet for a hike at Monkey Run or for a gentle walk/sit on the benches at the Ithaca Waterfront Trail. I will contact you to confirm location choice and a backup plan in case of inclement weather.
